Surface of the connector terminal is tin-plated and gold-plated, both of which are electroplated. Nickel base is applied first, and the surface is tin-plated or gold-plated. However, some customers require gold plating on the soldering part or on the entire contact. Based on different plating thickness, the electrical conductivity and storage period will be different.
