3. In terms of materials, it is necessary to choose suitable plastics and need to consider the temperature resistance of plastics. In addition, it is necessary to choose copper contacts.
4. Choose the plating thickness of pin header and female header, consider whether the plating is tin or gold and then choose the plating thickness. For most projects, gold flash plated is enough. Of course, some projects may need higher thickness like 3u”, 5u”, 10u” or even 15u”.
