What are the packaging methods?
There are different packaging methods according to different products, specifically PE bags, blister boxes, blister trays, tubes and tape & reel.
What are the forms of CAP for SMT products?
The default tape and reel packaging comes with a cap. And there are the following types of caps: mylar, plastic cap and metal cap. Some customers do not need a cap and need to be notified in advance.
What does your quality inspection process include?
Incoming material inspection, first article inspection, process inspection, finished product inspection, and outgoing inspection.
