Can you provide production scheduling and delivery updates to customers?

How do you handle returns and refunds for defective products?
1,Listen to the customer to get complaint description and related pictures.
2,Identify the root cause of the problem: Try to determine the underlying cause of the customer's complaint to find a solution that addresses the root of the problem.
3,Provide a solution: If the problem could be solved at customer's side, we'll provide our advise. If not, then discuss the solving method(compensate new items or return defective parts back) with customer.
4,Follow up: Follow up with customer to ensure that the issue has been resolved to their satisfaction.
