What is your warranty policy for your products?
For gold plating, the warranty time is one year. And for tin plating, it's half year.
What is the level of customization available for your products?
Normally the pin length is customed according to customer's demand. Besides this, we also could cooperate with customers to make new mould to produce new products, it needs to be discussed.
How do you handle shipping and logistics for your products?
Considering the volume and weight of our product is very small, for most orders, we ship by international courier like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, SF..., by air. Or by sea is also available, it's up to customer's demand.
